We hit a massive milestone this season that still feels a bit surreal to type out. What a month it's been. Back at the beginning of the month during the Fiesta de San Jorge (Festival of Saint George, Patron Saint of Benabarre), Bubba actually got to take the stage and play drums for 3 songs live for the festival to a screaming crowd of or party goers. Beau got to do sound and run the light board for the entire show, which made it extra special. Watching him up there doing his thing with Beau by my side making the light show really pop was an incredible feeling. He was so jazzed all day, and that energy carried him late into the night, long after it was past my personal bedtime. The whole weekend was long, loud, and colorful. And sleepless. 3 of the major local bars and cafes closed at roughly the same time, the owners going on slightly overlapping vacations. It left the local townies with a perfect opportunity to sleep it off, but causing some of the English tourists ...
